 MB-Ruler Quickstart
MB-Ruler offeres several measure instrument,
for measuring distances and angles on the screen.
All measure instruments are displayed above all other
applications and therefore can be integrated neatless in other
applications. MB-Ruler is almost transparent. You can continue
working with the applications below MB-Ruler.
Additional to the measure instruments

- screen cutter (for the easy creation of screen shots)

- overlay objects
- remote interface
The general use of MB-Ruler is very easy. All functions can be
accessed through the context menu (right mouse button) of the
MB-Ruler Icon  in the TNA (area of the
system clock).
