Measure Window

MB-Ruler Pro has two different modes
  1. the transparent mode. All Elements of MB-Ruler Pro lay transparent above the other application, so you can still work with these applications
  2. the measure window mode
Using the measure window mode, MB-Ruler Pro is a classic window based application.
The pictures to deal with can be loaded, measured, markers can be added and the result can be exported as a picture or a stand alone application.
